Courtyard Early Learning Center is looking for a lot of amazing people to provide top notch care for a lot of families! We have a very fun group already established, and we need more smiling faces. Teachers should be prepared to come in each day and enjoy their job, do activities with the children, and overall have fun. Our days are filled with circle time, lessons and activities, and lots of outdoor play.
Job Description
Courtyard Early Learning Center has 16 classrooms between the two centers, and a lot of room for teachers to learn and grow within a high quality child care center. Teachers are required to have great attendance and focus their day on the children in their care. We take care of the rest and we treat our great teachers like gold! We serve children ages 6 weeks through age 5.
We have 3 levels of Pay Tiers based on Experience:
Entry Level

Pay ranges from $25,584 to $30,784 annually (based on working 40 hours each week)

This successful candidate will float from room to room for 2 - 4 weeks, while management assesses where this person serves Courtyard kiddos best.

No experience is required.
Intermediate Level

Pay ranges from $31,824 to $37,024 annually

This successful candidate will float from room to room for 1 - 2 weeks, while management assesses where this person serves Courtyard kiddos best.

2 years of Preschool experience and/or Associates in Early Childhood Education required. Classroom management experience is required for this level.
Senior Level

Pay ranges from $38,064 to $45,760 annually

This successful candidate will be provided a specific classroom based on qualifications.

10 + years of Preschool experience or a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education required. Classroom management experience is required for this level.
